just installed 1g cas on 2g now problems..

hey, like it says, i just installed a 1g cas on my 2g, it runs great and idles fine.. just after driving for a lil bit it starts missing.. then i just turn the key off then on and then its fine for a lil while more.. I did the wiring properly and other than that is fine.. I have read all the how to s to do this.. But iot also said i might need to do somthing with the injectors? I havnt dont anything with the wiring for them,,, i just did the cas wiring. Any suggestions? Also the car is a 95 awd. 5 speed. PLease help.

cmon people ... there has to be some people that have dont a 6bolt swap... this is really the same thing... I need to know y its doing this? Have i missed wiring somthing with the injectors?

The car runs fine and idles fine untill it starts missing... And the only way it goes away is when i turn the key off then back on... like resetting the ecu! Any help please!..

is the CEL comming on ? (are you sure the bulb works? )

sounds like a "random misfire"

Only 95-96 needs the injector wires swapped

yes the car that its happening to is a 95.... and yes the cel is on.... so what do i do for the injector swap? how is it done... i couldent find that info...

Try putting the 1g black cap cas on and it shouldnt happen as much or not at all .Or you can get a dsm link solves all problems

yes. well i have dsm link on the way..But i wont have it for a another few weeks..But i heard i have to switch the injector wires? Im confused. since it runs great now just after driving steady for a while it starts missing...?

Start searching on Random misfire and you will understand.
If you have a dsmlink of the way then you have nothing to worry about.
Dsmlink will not only provide a way around the random misfire but also
save you from having to swap the injector wires (read about CAS invertion on dsmlinks site )
