Well I have to say this looks like a good quality fmic for 300$!!! Thumbs up for this product, lets hope installation goes smoothly :). Any tips from some1 who installed this before???

Where did you get the hose that connects your j-pipe to licp and the hose that connects your tb elbow to the uicp? Also, what size is it? I've had mine installed for a while and have had an occasional blowoff from the tb elbow hose connection. Looks good tho!

Yea the hose that connected my tb elbow to the uicp kept blowing off so I just got some hose from napa twice as long and did it that way, the licp elbow they gave me was too long, so I used a 90 deg radiator hose from napa also. I think the torque of the engine under boost pulls the tb elbow away from the uicp and blows off.

yea...your probly not going to be able to use any of the couplers on your uicp, I ended up buying pipe from napa each one about 6" long. And install your j-pipe and licp pipe before attatching it to your fmic. Lots of ppl complain about having to cut the holes where the foglights go but the way I installed mine, it didnt affect it, you do however have to trim the inner walls of the "mouth" to bolt the bumper in place. Ummmm, tighten the tbolt clamps all the way they are a little oversized and use rtv for all your bolted areas (tb elbow, compressor outlet, bov, etc) And if your using a greddy bov youll have to drill holes in the flange and use a nut/bolt combo. Hang the fmic first by the top bolt, hook your hoses up, then bolt it up the resto the way. Annnd boost leak test it b4 driving. And if you got a hard time slipping the napa hoses on n off use oil or laundry soap. Good Luck with it youll be happy. If you found this info useful gimmie some rep points I dont have ne LOL :thumb:

Ok, here are some pointers for ya.
First, done ask for rep points, you will get warned for that by the mod's. READ THE RULES!!
Second, the rep points don't work anymore, you just get rep points from the mods from posting good information. Just wanted to let you know about the changes made.
Anyway, nice info you posted there on installing the FMIC. Im sure you will gain points if you keep this up.
