Well I'm starting to modify some spare cornerner lenses for my 1gb. Here is a picture to show you where I'm at. Problem is how would you go about cutting out the circled selection. It's a tight fit with my dremel.

Just trying to get rid of that lip for the most part so light can show through the entire corner lense not just the amber orange center piece.

Good idea, I didn't even think of making a new piece. I should be able to come up with something pretty spiffy. Open to other ideas also. I was pondering last night before I went to sleep and I could probably cut a small square cut in the front of the relfector. Then this way the dremel blade has somewhere to rest and I can control it better. All in all when it's done i'll post pics.:laser:
