Ok so I purchased a jmfab o2 housing from Extremepsi and when I went to install everything it doesn't fit. The Tial Mvr will bolt on to the housing but it won't with the valve seat in the wastegate. Am I missing something here or do I need to send it back.

Yah I've tried that.....I can't even tighten the clamps far enough to put the bolts through

I was thinking about heating it but I shouldn't have to modify something that cost almost 400 dollars. Like I said it lines up perfectly without the valve seat inside the wastegate. I'm assuming this seat is essential.

That's with no spring in the wastegate, just took it out of the box and tryed to fit up up

Ive had to use a channel lock plier to squeeze my v band clamp down close enough to get the bolt through. Maybe that will cause the fire ring to compress and line everything up.

The Valve seat sticks out a few mm, the flange on the manifold has a slot also

I have a JM Fab setup as well, no issues with mine. I have the 44mm MVR. Can you post a couple of pix?

Like I said , it's a perfect fit without the valve seat it, it won't go in for the life of me with it in

I'm not going to fight with it anymore, I spent to much money at this point

Can I ask, were you able to seat the wastegate without a fight?

More or less. I have 4 springs in mine (22 psi base pressure). So it took a little pressure to fully seat the 2 mating surfaces. The clamp went on with no problems.

Ignore the little extended piece, I had that added to clear the water fittings. The setup fit in my 1g with no changes. I just modified it slightly to fit my needs..

I'm going to call extreme in the am. That doesn't look like the recirculated housing?

I'm waiting on a fp black so I don't need it at this point but just a little frustrating

Fits like a glove after a lil love with the pliers . So very sexy
