JMF drag and 1g nt throttle body issue

I bolted my JMF drag intake up today and noticed a problem that I haven't heard before.

When I put my throttle body on, the part where the throttle cable connects is hitting the intake manifold. This stops the shaft from rotating when I hit the gas. Has anyone had this problem before? Can I cut that piece off. The first pic is the tab that's hitting the intake manifold.

You can grind the tab down so it clears. I had the same issue. No big deal to grind it down.

Don't grind it all the way off, just far enough to clear. Pretty sure it's the throttle stop. Haven't looked at my car for so long that I forget if it's that tab or a different one.
