and I dont have to mess with the alternator wiring if Im not installing a killswitch right?

Reading the battery relocation threads is making me more confused. Im not doing any drag racing. I just need room in my engine bay!

Distribution block for the engine bay ( fuse box wires and starter wire)

150A circuit breaker that I will mount in the trunk so Its close to the battery.

I'm not sure what you mean by "don't mess with" so this may not be the right answer for you. If you're going to bring your wiring from the trunk up to the stock fusebox and let it distribute connectivity then you wouldn't have to directly mess with the alternator's wiring. If you did this you would still need some way to branch off the starter's wire, so keep that in mind.

The way I did things was I used this distribution block with M8 studs and a cover mounted in my engine bay, and had wires from it to my necessary connections:

You don't have to have a circuit breaker, an inline fuse will work too (that's how I ran mine). But DO NOT run with out one or the other.

You are correct, if you are not installing a kill switch, than you don't need to touch the alternator.

Just my opinion and some experience but 2Ga wire seems a bit skinny. I tried running 4Ga welding wire(fine stranded, high current) and it didnt work. I got it working by doublin up on the 4ga for both pos and neg but i would strongly recommend some high quality 0Ga wire pos AND neg. That ebay listing doesnt even tell the length.
You might as well freshed up the Alt wiring while youre at it. Run a single 4ga or 2 off the alt. It'll help keep voltage loss to a minimum when doing a battery relocate.

TSIAWD666: Thank you for that link. I NEED one, now i know where to get it. Looks good too.

Ok so I've bought some other things besides the jegs kit

here is the distribution block ( XScorpion Platinum 0 or 2 Gauge Distribution T Block):

I run 2ga and it works just fine. Logging voltage on DSMLink confirmed this.

matta - Those items should work just fine.
