If you want it straight...It would cost less to buy a new turbo car and sell yours.

2G T to a 6bolt T

JDM 6 bolt 1500 canadian. Machining NO trimming engine mount yes work done yourself free.

hey guys,

I'm in the middle of my swap right now just 6 bolt not jdm what about the starter will a 7 bolt starter still fit. It should. It's not really connected to the motor just the trans. I have been looking around and no one has mentioned you need a 6 bolt. I just got the starter like 4 weeks before the 7 bolt crankwalked :thumbdown

As long as you are using the manual trans then your starter is fine. The auto and manual starters are differnt but if you are keeping the same trans then the starter works fine.

Rizzo, ignore what is going on with the other people in this thread. They have turbo cars. Your car is equipped with the 420A so getting a 4G63 into it will cost way more then its worth. It is not a direct swap. Put a working 420A back in your car and trade it like Tallen said.

Im not puting it in my old car thats my show car i just bought a 99 gsx and i wanted to put it into that sorry about the confusion there is nothing wrong with motor just the miles are a bit high for what i want... i wanted to put a 6 bolt in for that reason cuz they have way less then 1/2 the miles this gsx has 121,000 but i got for a good deal i only paid $4,000.00 it needed a new hub assembely and one of the spark plug wires were not working there was a splice in the wire so i got a perfectly fine car for $4,000.00 for some ones lack of knolwage its ok i had same thing happen to my 95 and it was a pain i replaced so much crap and i was so  about it but yeah.... the guy said he was going to buy a honda :thumbdown im prolly the classic honda hater.... Well anyways thank you for all the help you guys answerd my questions and sorry about the confusion i should put my new car in my profile heh
