Jay Racing alternator belt breaks

Has anyone else had the problem of their alternator relocation kit breaking belts?
There is the tag on the block that sits right next to the belt, and I'm not sure if it's hitting the belt or not. This is just above and forward of the crank pulley. Also it seems as though the water pump pulley isn't aligned with the others. Is there anything I can do?

I gave it a look, It looks like the waterpump pulley is on right.. but is it possible to flip around the crank pulley?
