is an aftermarket J pipe still needed if I were to convert to a evo3 16g and run it through a FMIC.
Or does a J pipe just run to the waste gate and then the waste gate to the FMIC?
can somebody explain the whole piping deal to me, I am a huge newb and very eager to learn.
A waste gate regulates how much pressure exits your turbo and limits it to a certain amount correct? thats why a mbc is ran right off of a wastegate? So after the waste gate it would lead to the FMIC, meaning I would still need a J pipe. Did I just answer my own question
?
would a aftermarket wastegate ever be needed?
