Mine was around 10-11. I think you can get 14 with the bsc mod.

The most popular answer is 13 psi on a real gauge because the stock bov leaks past that and won't hold anything steady. Not sure what it was intended to be with out the leaky bov though.

This was not "set" per se from the factory. They differed from car to car anywhere from 8-14 psi. Also it becomes dependent on the wear and tear you have experienced with the car (waste gates are not on/of switches and have a curve that must be followed).
