Iv got driveaxle questions

ok im looking for some and found a couple but what years/makes can i use on my 1990 awd turbo?
does it have to be from a awd manual or can it be from a 2wd manual or auto?

you should stick with the 90-91 drive axles. Working with underbody items everything changed from year to year and you cant be sure what will actually fit where. Especially with the 2g. i think those are a bit longer anyhow so dont worry about making them fit,
