i have extremely bright hid's its like i have brights on threw the tint

Thats funny cause i have gotten nothing but complements about them, and when i tell people i want new rims they say dont they look sick on your car, but you are intitled to your own opinion.

Just like someone else said, it's an intercooler.

Intercoolers cool the air before it goes into the intake making it more dense with oxygen so you make more power.

Here is a simple rule of thumb. if there is an 'a' before a word that begins with a vowel, it gets turned into an 'an' - example and explanation written just now, (it would be wrong and sounds horrible to say "if a 'a' before an word...")

Thats just his front-mount intercooler. One side of it goes to the j-pipe off the turbo, and the other side goes to the throttle body. It replaces the stock side-mount that comes stock on turbo dsm's. Basically its a more efficient way to cool air going into the motor. I hope that helped

Its a intercooler, a cooling system for turbocharged cars. They range in price from 150 to 500 maybe even more.
