I've been having this problem with the car stuttering anytime I really jumped on the gas. It would start breaking up at about 10psi. I had done a boost leak test and replaced the TB shaft seals. The AFRs were about right for a stock car (9.5 give or take) but it was sputtering badly.

I had ordered up some new spark plugs with my last order to STM. Figured it was about time to put them in. BPR7ES gapped to .028".

When I pulled the old ones (they've been in since I bought the car, I noticed the gap was wide. I had just gapped them in September, but still, they were all .035-.043" gap on all them. WTF I think I found my problem...

Swapped the new plugs in and the car runs like a dream. I was FINALLY able to turn the boost back up to a solid 15psi. Until I can go out and do a few pulls with that, I'm not going higher. I don't think I'd get much more by doing 17psi, which is all I'd risk before getting some ARP headstuds.

With it being below freezing, the car pulls like a champ. I CAN'T heat soak my intercooler. Once I get the exhaust leak fixed, I should be good to go.
