It Sucks That None Of You Can Help Me!!!!

i just installed a new clutch into my 1.8L eclipse and now it wont start. It turns over but wont start. when the key is in the ON position absoulutely nothing happens. the gauges dont even move. then when you try to start it it turns over but wont start. when the key is in the ACC position everything works like its supposed to. i think its electrical since nothing happens in the ON position. my compression if fine, 148 across the board. when i tried to pop start it nothing happened. when i replaced the spark plug wires they most likely didnt go in the right order. but i dont think that could be it. someone please HELP I ALREADY MISSED A NIGHT FILLED WITH RACING BECAUSE OF THIS WEIRD PROBLEM. And the worst thing is no one knows what it is.

so if everything is the same, i might be able to do it. if i dont do it right can i screw stuff up pretty bad? is it hard to install? all suggestions are extremely appreciated. thanx for everyones help.
