It seems too good to be true?

I would totally recommend staying away from ebay turbos. They are cheaply made and will go bad very quickly. A select few have had good luck with them, but theres such a small chance of it lasting that it's not worth the risk at all. So you were right, it's too good to be true! They're junk!

Hope this helps!!

I would say stay away from it, the previous owner of my car might have put an ebay turbo on (a local dsm guy checked it out and he said it looked like an ebay turbo) and I don't trust it. The wastegate rubs against the fans too and I get boost spikes to 14+psi (the stock gauge maxes out)

check out the dsm classified for a new turbo, their is people who rebuild them and put them up for sale. You'll pay a little more, but you will know your getting a true turbo

Yes, its a knock off POS that you will probably get 200 miles on if you are lucky.

Now I'm sure we will get a flood of people claiming to have made 500hp on it for the past 57 years as usual.
