ok so once the car is warm and the fiav is closed the idle comes down to 800 as it should. now if i rev above 1800 rpm and let go of the throttle suddenly the engine stalls. makes it a real pain in the ass to drive. also misfires at idle and light cruise. all 4 isc coils read 33 ohms. i opened up the isc for a look, the magnet spins free and smooth moving the plunger i and out. i pulled the ecu, the caps were leaking so i replaced them and cleaned to gook from the board. the idle switch was not working so i cleaned it and it shows ground now when the throttle is closed. did a boost leak test and found pissing tb shaft seals. replaced those (fixed my idle surge but not the stalling). the click, sizzle. click, click, sizzle noise from the isc happens whever the ignition is swithed on, running or not. with the car running i can screw the biss screw all the way in and the revn wont go below 700 and the isc value on my logger does not change. my isc value stays at 10.5% when the car is idling and it jumps around while driving but does not appear to open up so it can "catch" the revs when they drop. it will stall everytime i stop if i do not let the revs down slowly. i suspect the isc driver in the ecu but theres gotta be someone out ther who has run into this before. i'd like some opinoins on what to do before i go in search of a new ecu. i am tired of this problem. please help!
