Ok so I have new ISC let me get these steps right

1. Negative battery cable
2. remove hose/pipe coming from upper IC pipe to Throttle Body
3. unplug isc, Unscrew ISC, make sure O-ring does not fall
4. insert and screw in new ISC
5. replug ISC
6. Re-attach hose/pipe to Throttle Body
7. pull interior lights fuse in engine bay fuse box to Clear CEL
8. put fuse back in and start the car.

I won't have to take the whole throttle body off will I? Just making sure I have all this correct.

I should have been more specific, I used a screwdriver with the ratchet head on it with the battery off as well. When I tried just a phillips screwdriver it was impossible, but when I got the quarter inch driver screwdriver/ratchet it was a breeze. If you don't have one of those handy I'm sure it would work if you had an extention.

i know pep boys has a aisle of random stuff as well as kragens, that has a assortment of O-Rings. Home Depot should as well, as well as ACE hardware or Orchard Supply.

Do a quick continuity test on the ISC to see if its in good condition or has bad coils. Jafro has a great video on this and the process can be done with the ISC on the car. A quick test might save you a lot of tuning headaches later.
