Can't get my isc to go lower then 50 . Won't idle below 1k and afr is 18/1???? Check sensor and showed good now what??

Even unplugged it no change

What are you using to tune? And have you been tried adjusting the throttle stop on the tb?

Trying to get it drive so I can tune with dsmlink . Throttle is good just won't idle.

Make sure you have ZERO boost/vacuum leaks, especially around the intake manifold and fuel injector areas before trying to dial in your idle because it will not be right. If that is already done, check the ISC for proper resistance, replace if necessary and adjust the BISS.

This is what I did to get my ISC at around 30 according to link.

Boost test good all the way up to 43psi test isc reads right but think its just not function propary.

Remove the two bolts holding down the ISC and have someone turn the ignition on and off. It should click, whirl and extend in and out unless its seized up. There's a YouTube video showing a properly working ISC thanks to snowborder714.

Found this site on google You may be able to find a working on in a junk yard or in the part outs section also may be a little iffy on buying a used one.

when i did that, mine didn't move at all? is there any way to check the wiring that clips to the isc?

Tried my friend and it moved 10x has fast and make clicking noise . So wires good

I bought mine from DSMISC Automotive (New ISC Supplier) about a year back but it looks like their prices went up a bit but I may be wrong. You would have to shop around for the best deal and don't forget to buy a new O-ring too.

Besides doing a visual check of the wires, I'd swap in a known good ISC from a buddies car for testing purposes.

You might need to check your TPS as well it was the same issues i have it before. I replaced both ISC and the TPS.

Dsmlink shows its working good. .63 at idle and 5.0 at 100% throttle
