Is this why my car is so slow?

OK, ive been looking around my engine bay recently and remembered a few hoses that i had been missing. I finally got off my lazy ass and took pictures and compared them with the vfaq. It seems like im missing the whole purge control solenoid valve... and im missing some ports on my throttle body. Also one of the nipples on my EGR control solenoid was broken off and not connected to anything. Its the nipple just to the left of the hose on the farthest right of the EGR solenoid. And when the cars running, if i put my finger over the hole, the car stalls and almost dies.

Also im missing the P port on my throttle body, and the plug for it. I might also be missing a plug for the hole (bottom right on the TB pic) if there is one.

Anyways heres the pics
And here is how my engine bay is supposed to be http://members.shaw.ca/dsm.1000q/Engineprimer/2G/Q2.htm

While we are at it, whats this plug that was unconnected (my finger is holding it) it looks like it plugs right into the socket right there but im not sure?

The owner of the car before me was completly retarded and i shouldnt have bought this car  . Anyways, could all these things lead to my crappy 1/8 mile time? (10.1 best, could have done better if i had more time to do more runs) I have a logger and when i have the room ill do a log.

(i circled things with yellow that i am missing, and showed where i think the plug should go)

Oh, also, what would be the best measure of plugging these holes? Im thinkin JB weld but i dont want any to get into the intake manifold etc. Also, does satan have replacement parts for these? and how much do you think that these will cost (plugs/nipples/EGR solenoid etc) If anyone has these parts lying around let me know :thumb:

That bottom pic there is a connector to the left of the pic a single pin that goes to a barrel shaped resistor that the harness should have you better have a look around and find the plug for that sucker.
