Is this turbo kit bs?

Because the 4g64 in the 3g eclipse is rotate 180° compared to the one found in a 2g. I'd like to one day turbo my 2g 4g64 spyder and a kit be nice because it be a pain to track down and get all the parts needed individually. I'm very skeptical because a lot of these companies falsely advertise parts to fit cars they don't just so more people will buy them, especially with NT 2gs.

It fits if you have a welder. If you notice it comes with a generic pipe kit, o2 housing flange, and junk turbo.
