there are plenty of dsms around here and i have beat every one of them. two f my best friends have a 90 laser and a 90 eclipse beat both of them a 97 talon tsi beat him all of the eclipse gs's that i have raced i beat them there is one guy woth a talon that wont race but says he would win but that dont mean #@%#@%#@%#@% so bring any one f your dsms on and i will run um against ya. you all know that honda motors are better and have more power, way more dependable. i am not dissin on all your cars but i was on this site lookin for tips and hints for my friend with the laser and i was reading this #@%#@%#@%#@% and you all dis on hondas so i thought i would reply

if you lost to a prelude barly it was one of the shitty one with a sohc kus the is no difference between your car and the ones up here and they are all sower than my grandmas car except the ones with turbos they arent that bad. and i am not trying to talk #@%#@%#@%#@% i am just saing that i got on this site and you all diss hondas but you all know hondas are better and faster.

I agree that some hondas are pretty nice, but everyone and their dog owns a honda, and they all think they have the fastest car on the road.

NEway, you think that beat up Hondas are bad... I was talking to one of my neighbor's friends yesterday, and he asked me if I wanted to race his car. So I asked him what he was driving, and he tells me he drives a "really fast Dodge Neon". After I was done rolling on the floor and nearly died of laughter I asked him if we wanted to go for a ride in my car. So he went with me, and I was stomping the gas as hard as I could hitting 80 mph on residential streets to show him how fast my car was. We get out of the car and he says, "That didn't feel very fast for what you have done to the car." So I asked if I could drive his car. Well, to make a long story short I honestly think that if I would have tried to race a geo metro in his car we would have lost.

Some people think that their cars cool, it pisses me off!!!

i dont like aot of people with hondas! most of the ones that have civics they think that there cars are fast and #@%#@%#@%#@% and everyone has a civic but preludes and S2000's are alot more rare. around here there are 4 preludes in like a 70 mile radious. there are #@%#@%#@%#@% loads of eclipse/talon/lasers around here and my two friends with the 90 laser and eclipse are cool and dont think there cars are the #@%#@%#@%#@% but the all of the other ones think they are big #@%#@%#@%#@% just kus they have the car that was a main pont of The Fast and the Ferious.

i know my car is slow...thats why it is for sale...and thats why im getting a gst. if you ask me my car sucks. its too low, it bottoms out on everything and its kinda ricey. so there. good try at making fun of me.

Why should we trust that you know anything about cars if your fricken illiterate. Go back and read some of your own posts. You can't go five words without misspelling something. You have missed the point of this site. This is about tuning, it is here for people to learn about tuning DSM's. You like Honda, fine. Almost every person on this site will hold their hands up and admit that the S2000 is a pretty sweet ride. Ok, you say you have beaten DSM's. Well done, you must be very proud of yourself. I have beaten loads of different cars but I am not ignorant enough to say that my car is faster. You have to account for the drivers. If you look at the factory numbers, a GST, GSX or TSI will beat your prelude, all things being equal. The performance figures don't lie. The only reason you won is down to the drivers.

Yoiu said you were looking for performance tips for you friend with a DSM, you are one nice friend. Read all the sh*t you have written about DSM's and see what he thinks. If all you want is tips, then welcome to the site. You will find almost everything you need here. If it is not written in the Tuning section, post a thread and someone will answer your question, or point you to someone who can answer the question.

I am not going to argue about you perception on DSM's. You have your opinion and we have ours. If you are going to express that opinion in a respectful way, no problem. You are not doing this. You are trying to stir up a p*ssing contest with anyone that will listen, and that just shows you to be an immature little boy.

DONT TELL ME TO F*CK OFF MAN. PRELUDE VTECS ARE FASTER THAN THE TURBO DSMS STOCK UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TOP END. IN THE QTR THE PRELUDE WINS I HAVE SEEN IT A COUPLE OF TIMES AND BOT PEOPLE KNEW HOW TO DRIVE. THE MAIN THING THAT I WAS WONDERIN IS WHY DSM MOTORS HAVE TO PUT A TURBO ON THERE MOTORS JUST TO BE COMPETATIVE. KUS THE ONES WITHOUT IT ARE REALLY SLOW AND YOU CANT SAY THAT THEY ARENT.
