Is this good power?

I went and got my car dynoed(I don't think I spelled that right) and it put down 226whp and 230 lb-ft. Is this good, the only mods I have is Big T28, Injen Intake and a boost controller thats is set at 15 psi. This is with stock exhaust too, now I have a 2.5" turbo back exhaust but haven't got it dynoed yet.

You're making decent power considering your mods. Once you get more of the "stage 1 and 2" mods, you will be able to make closer, if not more, than 280 whp with a bt28. Of course this is easier said than done, but it's possible :thumb:

Great power for those mods. Free up that exhaust and you might see 20 whp gain I would say. Add a FMIC and a clutch to hold the power with a 190lph atleast and you'll be rollin for no EMS. Your stock clutch won't last to long on any higher power levels.

Thanks guys, I'll try to post the dyno sheet on here maybe tommorow so you guys can see, b/c it looks like its leaning out towards top end.

Thats pretty good power for a car almost being stock. Just have some fuel mods now and get that exhaust hooked up, then you'll be making STI killing power LOL.

I agree. With your turbo upgrade, you are really choking it off with the stock O2, mani and turboback. Follow the stage 1 and 2 and you will be very happy.

I just dyno'd my setup with the T28 and had close to 300(damn cat,LOL)
I am still on the stock exhaust mani so you may be able to skip that. With exhaust parts, go used, you will save alot. Just don't go used on fuel parts. IC parts used are cheap and efficient as well!
Good luck

Jon

I just bought an apexi ws exhaust with 2.5" rre downpipe and a test pipe and they are all used. I also got a used safc II(couldn't pass it up its really cheap) but its all zero'd out right now because I'm still waiting for some supporting mods like IC piping and and some fuel stuff.

Seems like you have decent power your putting down. I will install that exhaust you have already, guaranteed to free up flow and add power. Let us know how it much stronger it feels with the exhaust.

Stay boostin

Its already in, but haven't got it dynoed yet. It feels like the turbo spools alot faster and it seems like it added some low end power.
