With engine vibration? The TB is almost butt tight with firewall

I definitely wouldn't want the linkage that close. You might consider cutting out a small section and making a recessed area or just beating it in a bit with a hammer.

oh thats acutally under that firewall area. You can open and close it freely. I had to bend some break lines . I did the ABS delete, so the new lines were in the way, now all good

I would worry about the engine rocking more than o would about vibrations. I agree with cutting or denting the firewall.

You can clearly see part of the linkage sitting almost on the firewall. Any moving part can cause the throttle to bind, especially when the engine is under a load because it will be pushing the engine towards the firewall.

That spring looking thing does not move or anything when I open and close the throttle. The throttle is actually UNDER that lip of the firewall. You have to reach under there with your fingers to manually open it, but it is fine. I will dent the firewall anyway to be safe
