yeah the only real efficient way is to measure the compressor wheel, but also if you have a picture or the real thing of a T25 handy, just take a close look at that. The T28 compressor wheel is noticeably larger and the wheel fins are not as close together on the T28. But yeah, measure it. (Sorry, you didn't specify, I'm just assuming that you're curious as to whether this is a T28 or a T25)

The id on the inlet will also be noticeably larger on the t-28 than on the t-25. There is no noticeable difference by looking at the outside. Thats why people want it because it looks stock when installed.
