Is this a T-28?

I'm hoping to buy this turbo but I want to make sure someone isn't selling me a T-25. Here are the pics thanks

That Garrett T-28 is for Nissan not for Mitsubishi. So it wont fit your car unless you get some custom made parts.

like what kind of custom parts?

o2 housing, intake (it looks like you have to bolt on the intake), and a new manifold, and probably oil line and coolant lines
