Is o-ring'ing worth the money?

Im rebuilding my motor and out of curiousity I asked the guy how much to oring the head, he tells me 80 bucks. So I say alright do it. Im putting a cometic high pressure head gasket on it, so wondering what can i boost too without the head gasket going out with this setup?

O ringing is only really necessary aber 60 psi of boost. Same as fire rings.
