While checking the oil level on my car, this caught my attention. Could that mean it's time to replace the valve cover gasket?

Clean it off with some brake cleaner and see where it start to come back from. It'll probably take a while for you to notice it again. If you don't want to replace the whole gasket, you can try rubbing a little rtv where the leak is as long as it's clean and dry when you do it. Mine used to leak a little from the plug on the left side of the valve cover right by the front.
