Is my o2 dead???

ok, I recently got my logger and installed it. Its a pocketlogger with the tuner-stein software. My air/fuel gauge has been reading that I have been running really really lean and I dont know why. Possible that my o2 sensor is bad? On my logs so far my o2 readings kinda jump all over, but mostly they stay real close to 0.00-0.04. Also my timing jumps all over as well. (i dont have the tunerstein player installed yet so i cant so my logs right now) My timing will go as high as 33 and in the same log it went all the way down to -4........any info would be appreciated. thanks

Are you taking these readings at idle or at wot or what? At idle, you readings will cycle and at wot they should be high. When you pull out your spark plugs, how do they look? If you have been running lean for a while, they may be white. Post a log. It might give people more info on what's going on.

If you are working on a 2g make sure that the o2 sensor that you are watching is the front o2 sensor and not the rear one. If it is the front sensor then you probably have a junk sensor, or your air fuel ratio gauge is possibly screwing up the sensor output, try disconnecting it for a while.
