Alright, yesterday i drove my car and everything felt fine. Today i get in my car and go to put the clutch to the floor and it feels like there is nothing there until i get about an inch off the floor. I go to put it in gear, and it's damn near impossible. When i'm driving, it is easy to shift between gears. Shifting feels normal but the clutch feels sloppy and the pedal is very easy to put down. I have an act 2600 and there's usually a lot of resistance when i step on it. Today there was none. When i pull to a stop, i can't put the car in gear again....it just won't go. Is my clutch gone, or could it possibly be the transmission? Please help fast.

Sounds like your master or slave cyl went out. Your clutch feel has absolutely nothing to do with your transmission and everything to do with your clutch system (unless of course you get crankwalk, but thats a different situation).

possibly a bend clutch fork

or you might have gotten low on fuild for you master cylinder and coulda sucked in some air

or a clutch fluid line could be swelling

or a small leak in a clutch fluid line

all of these are easy fixes though and fairly cheap

I think might master cylinder might be going out. Last year this happened when my fluid depleted, there was a fitting that needed replacing on the slave cylinder. Replaced that, and bled the system and it havan't noticed anything wrong until now, more then a year later. A couple of days ago I noticed it was engaging really low, the pedal felt a little sloppy but not that bad but I was sure that it was engaging low. So I checked the reservoir and it was empty...I was busy that day so I just went and bought some brake fluid and topped it off, pumped the pedal and it was fine.

It's been fine for the last few days, but today I noticed on my floor mat some kind of fluid. It's most likely my master cylinder but I haven't had time to check and confirm that yet. I checked the reservoir and it's still at max.
