Vfaq says you need a computer to turn up the idle. Any way i can just turn the biss screw a little when motor is not under load?

Why do you want to turn up idle? If your car is idling really low there's probaly a problem. I wouldnt touch the biss screw until your figure out the problem.

You can adjust the BISS screw but the ECU will compensate and add less fuel to lower the rpm back to normal.
