Is it possible to adjust the throttle return spring

I replaced the O-rings on the tb and now the tb wont close I can close it with my hand but the spring is not doing its work, is there a way I can adjust it? (I put it back the way it was I markd it)

yeah, just undo the spring and wrap it around the shaft a few more times to give it more tension.

I'd draw a line on the spring with whiteout or chalk or something. Just incase you mess up, you'll know where to get back to. Watch out for the spring, cause it does pack a lot of tensiona nd when it wacks you, its going to hurt.

yeah, its pretty easy, I got it fixed here's a link, and if you havent got your O-rings go buy em at the hardware store they are pretty cheap as for the little screws try no to mess'em up if you mess'em up buy them at the hardware store they have'em too I got them at The Home Depot Good Luck

Thanks for the link. Its still a little hard to visualize where the springs hook up to.

EDIT: I got it on, just spun it twice and it seems to work just fine. I may want to go one more time.
