Is DSMGraveyard normally THIS pathetic?

So on 9-30-13, I ordered a set of shifter cables from DSM Graveyard. Their site said that they are a special order item, and would take 3-5 to ship. So after 5 FULL bussiness days it still says "processing", so I emailed them. Got an automated response, saying that they are happy I am a customer and that they will get back with me, blaa blaa blaa.....so after 8 business days, I sent another with no reply, and then I called them. They stated that I would be on VIP status, and they would ship the second they got them in. THEN I got an email at 11 pm saying that they were recently a victim of fraud and that they have been experiencing longer than normal processing times. So after 11 business days, I email them AGAIN, this time very disgruntled, and no reply. Here it is now, a FULL 14 business days, nothing from them, STILL says processing. The money came out of my checking account that very day, and I am SOOOOOO pissed at them, they cant even let me know what is going on, cant reply to an email, and basically blow me off when I call. I am wondering if anyone else has these issues with them, because they are one of the worst companies I have ever encountered, it has been almost 3 full weeks and they still have not shipped my cables, I wish there was someone I could report them to, I am very vindictive when someone f***s with me and I havent had the courtacy of a reach around. I guess I mainly posted this to ask if anyone else has had the worse customer service in the world from this site or if its just me., and i guess I just need to vent because they are only like 4 hours away and I am half tempted drive there so they have to look me in the eyes when they lie to me. Also my car has been sitting this whole time because of the broken shifter cable, therefore I cannot even drive my eclipse, so I am BEYOND pissed

As if their ridiculous prices aren't bad enough, who the hell would want to waste their time and money on that pathetic website? Pathetic is a very suitable word for their conduct of business. I'm a stoner and I'm not even that damn lazy, took me around 3 months to get my "OE replacement axle" warrantied by them. I wish I would've paid closer attention to their axle, which I thought was OEM. Turns out I got a 59.95 advance auto axle in a box with their name on it for 129.99 plus shipping

/edit oh yeah , i just realized this funny shit. took them forever to ship the axle to me because they were "waiting on the mitsu dealership to send them the parts." i sincerely think it's time for us as a community to do something about this backyard/shed business

Upon joining this site i knew not to do business with them. Its everywhere here. Regardless i wouldnt order from there judging from they're retailed prices. review threads would turn into bash threads thus getting the thread locked. Dejavu??

i'd rather chop my nutsack off than order from graveyard, and i'm literally 5 minutes away from them, they're actually on the same exact street as me, if that tells you anything. I'm headed over to Allen @ SIM on Monday to get a head for my car, it's more expensive but at least I know i'll actually get it.

Just call your bank and dispute the transaction. Whether it is debit, credit, or paypal, you should be able to do this. But do it soon because there are usually time restrictions on these kind of things.

Well a couple of weeks ago i went to order some parts. But I however used my common sense and loomed up reviews on companies before i decided to order from one seeing as though i am new to this forum, and the dsm community. This forums is actually where i read most negative reviews on the graveyard and i leaned to another conpany instead.

For any and all of you that have delt with dsmgraveyard Please go into the vendor review and leave a review, good or bad, on how your dealings went with them.

Some will give them a shot if the reviews are years old.

It takes a few minutes and it can and will help the new DSM'ers know who and who not to deal with.

Please do this and save a future new guy from suffering thu the dsmg pain olimpics!!
