Resolved Is a '90 instrument cluster compatible with a '91?

I'm suspecting they're the same, but I know the engine compartment wiring for the tach is a little different ('90 extracts the pulses at the coils and then noise filters, '91 extracts them at the power transistors and doesn't filter.) Anybody know?

From what I've read it won't work.
Well the Tach won't anyways.

No it won't!

It will work, but you must swap the tachometer.
