Just got my iPad installed in my dash using the Padholdr mount system. Also have the keyboard tray. I thought I would share some pics.

No you can't run DSMlink on it and I don't believe their is any type of logging software available for it yet.

DSMLink doesn't work...yet But you can use Logworks, Rev, Dashcommand, Dynolicious and I'm sure there are other apps you can use for Dyno, Eco Meter, Scan Tool, Data Logger and Gauge if you had the hardware to interface it. I know there are other companies that are working on new products to bring to the market soon as well. To each his own obviously. It's not for everyone. I wouldn't buy an ipad just for this personally, but I already had one that I was using for other purposes and I thought it would be cool to incorporate it into the car some way. The mount can be moved and positioned in any way you want so it's not in the way.
