I am installing an internal wastegate assembly on a t3/t4 turbo and when attaching the actuator arm to the flapper how tight should it be, I don't want the scale in which the arm to extend to be off by any if you understand what I mean.

It came with no instructions. Any precautions and stuff for me to look out for while doing this?!

Thanks

is it an adjustable arm? Just make sure the arm is able to pull the flapper all the way open.

That's my dilema, if I over tighen it and it attempts to open a little bit (like 1psi?) and make it a snug connection instead of slightly open like it's expecting.

I'm guessing as long as it's sealed I can just set the MBC

There should be no movement in the arm and the flapper should be tight up against the exhaust housing. Leave no slack in there.
