Interior Questions?

So i am going to buy a complete black/tan leather interior from another car to replace my grey cloth interior.
Since the black/tan has power windows and mine has manual, can i still use manual? Is there a small panel to remove so i can use the manual knob?
Should i just run power windows on my car from the donor car?

I was also wondering if anyone has done a interior swap like this?

Any input will help.
