All the problems pile up at once...

Have a 96 GST.

I had takes out one of the courtsey light bulbs to check for a ground/power one time.. When I went to put the light bulb back in, I hear a pop and all the interior lights in the car and the little buttons on the visor stop working..

The other day I FINALLY get to checking all the fuses under the hood/dash and none are blown. What could it be? HELP!!!

Are your lights on a decay device? You may find an inline fuse near the decay unit though there is the possibility it got smoked when you shorted out the bulb. You really need a manual with a good schematic, start at the light and work backwards.
