interior lights flashing with turn signal?!?

I reinstalled my wire harness and now when I turn my turn signals on or flashers all my interior lights flash as well... My headlights wont turn on as well now..
any ideas that would point me in the right direction?
Yes Im using the electrical service manual and have identified the route of the wires but no luck..

The light dimmer or hazard switch is not plugged in

Maybe you forgot to connect one of the ground cable ?
