my turn signal fuse keeps blowing. everything was working fine, and then it wasn't. i replaced the fuse a couple times and they would work for a while after that, but then blow again (always seemed to blow when hitting a bump). now, they won't work at all. the fuse blows immediately when you flip the turn signal switch. anybody ever had this issue before?

Sounds like you need to track down a wire that's shorting out. Look in your service manual to get a "map" of the wiring layout for the blinkers, then begin the process of locating the short.

do what i do: use the KISS method before tearing out all the wiring. make sure you dont have a 5 amp fuse in there or something. probably not, but "the last guy" theory usually ends up the truth. the last guy may have not had the right size fuse, so he just threw whatever he had sittin in the junk drawer in there. it should be a 18 or 20 amp, i can't remember which. if that's not the case, then get to work with the multimeter :D

You don't have to tare out any wiring to test with a multimeter. Just go to the plug pull the bulb and test for continuity to ground.
