turn signal problems

today i bought clear turn signal lights for my car cause i got tired of the orange ones but now when i put the blinker to turn left or right it dont work. they turn on when i turn on the lights but they dont work when i put the turn signal on. right after i installed them they worked just fine but after about 5 minutes they stopped working. the hazards dont work either after i put them on. you think it might be a fuse blown or something or what can be wrong with them???


btw, whats that meguiars stuff called to clean my headlights?? specific name of it so i can clean that yellow stuff off the headlights.

I dont know if I really understand this. I'm guessing that you have clear sidemarkers, and that the STOCK CLEAR bulbs were giving off orange/yellow light, so you bought AFTERMARKET CLEAR bulbs? As long as they are the same wattage (12 volts 5 w I believe) they should work. But if they just stay on and dont blink, then its probably a fuse.

cool thanx. ill check all my fuses but havent had time cause been doing research for school this whole week. but maybe tomorrow ill get a chance. and the aluminum polish should work just fine, right???
