Alright... recently crashed my car. Minor front end damage. I was replacing the lights today with 97-99 aftermarket lights, hooked them up, then went inside and turned them on. Lights turned on, so did my horn. It wasnt the alarm, it was just a constant sound. Lights wouldnt turn off then, horn wouldnt turn off. 2 minutes later, it stops. Now my alarm wont arm, power accessories dont work (even when car is on), interior lights dont work, stereo doesnt work, but the sunroof and power mirrors do. They worked PERFECT before, during, and right before the accident, but not now. Right before I moved the car to a different position in the driveway the lights and everything worked. What could be causing this to happen? I only got the windows up by running a wire from the + battery straight to the window up wire. They wouldnt respond any other way. Is there some relay that isnt setting or something? Even when the car is on, none of this stuff works!!!

No damage to those... any other ideas?
Tons! Wanna hear 'em? :D

Do as justin says and check your fuses. Then, find a relay you know is good and pull the rest of them and just start plugging that good relay in and see if things start working.
Next would be to find a short. Disconnect the positive terminal of the battery and run a test light in line with the battery and the disconnected terminal. Then pull every fuse one at a time and watch for the light to dim. This is done with the car off. After that, it would be time to start looking at wires. Looking for any wires that are damaged, or burnt, or disconnected.

You're in Ohio, there are a bunch of junked DSM's there. Find a junkyard or 10 and ask them if they've got your year car. Or anyone that may have a parts car around you.

Fuse is a fuse. As long as it's the same amp fuse it'll work. Not sure if the amps are the same.
-edit I didn't read your question right sorry.

My dad brought home some 100A fuse that had the two long connectors, and we just loosened the bolts under the box and had the two connectors bolted directly up. Works perfectly fine. All instruments are back and it runs fine... now I just need my 97 headlights to come in :D
