What is better a bar and plate intercooler or a tube and fin thanks!

Bar and plate is the best design. Be careful of buying an intercooler off of ebay cause alot of them are tube and fin setup and are only about an inch and a quarter thick. Not sure if you are buying one off of ebay or not, just giving fair warning.
