Intake Valves?

Ok, no start, had some timing belt slipping issues, metalic upper end noise while cranking, re did timing noise went away, still no start, gets spark fuel ect. however reads 3-4 lbs of boost on the factory guage (its a 91 tsi) So i'm thinking theres some bent valve stuck open action. Exhaust valves i think might be ok, well seems to be. iono, lemmie know what you all think.

How many teeth did it slip when you had your timing belt issues
FYI the stock boost gauge is useless dont go by any reading on it at all.

I dont remember exactly how many, but its hapened b4 and the exhaust cam was advanced 5 coggs with no damage, and no the factory guage isnt all that accurate, thats why i made sure to mention it was the stock guage.
