Intake cam gear on exhaust shaft and vice versa

I'm going to confirm when I get home but i tihnk i may have swapped my intake/exhaust cam gears on accident when i assembled my head.

Its a 7 bolt 2g motor

So this would lead me to 2 questions, would this cause the car to not run? or can the cams be swapped without concern?

and... if they can't be swapped... what are the chances i damaged anything?

The GEARS can be swapped, the cams themselves canNOT. There is a VERY good chance you bent some valves if you tried starting the car with the cams swapped around.

nah. cams are in the right spot for sure, I've got the cam sensor installed and all. And yeah i see that its all good with my installation . cam gears are fine.

intake cam has a slot for the cam sensor and the exhaust does not so you can not swap them cause the wont fit
