i have a 97 gst all stock and i am looking to get an injen intake and either a greddy or turboxs bov. does anyone know if the Injen IS1891P would bolt right on with a TurboXS H34 bov that comes with the adapter kit to my car? i dont want to do any welding or drilling, i am trying to find something that will just bolt on.

another question is, the H34 is good for like 10-25psi but i am only gonna be running it at stock settings till i get a boost controller, is that bad or should i maybe get a TurboXS type-s?

where is the best reliable & cheap place to order parts online? i used to know a good place but i lost the link.

i am thinking thats what i will do, it might cost me a lil but i dont want to go all out anyway with mods later on, after this just gonna get a boost controller and new exhaust....thats it....

thanks for all the input from everyone, i really appreciate it....

so unless i vent into the atmosphere i wont get the bov sound at all or will it just be quieter? i thought someone said i'd still get it....just wondering...

Duno if anyone said this but. The BOV is only going to be loud if it is vented.. and if it is vented and not setup right your car will run rich as hell in shifts etc. Thus you lose alot of power for a cool Pshhht spound.. to do it correctly you need a blowthough MAF setup.. which means laying down some more $$$ for a GM MAF and translator.. plus the custom pipes...

wouldnt that end up costing me more tho? the translator alone is $200....

Yes it will end up costing more, but you end up getting more in the end.

but lets just say i was gonna go that way, what would i need? one of the dejon tool 2 1/4" UIP with the flange for the bov i would get. the bov of course, and what else? whats a K&N FIPK?

K&N FIPK is the Fuel Injection Performance Kit which is made for the stock mas. I got that on my car already. You would need the Dejon tool 2 3/4" intake for non mas cars too and a 3in K&N filter for it.

also if i did get that translator and stuff, would i still pass emissions?

Emissions? What is that. Lol we ain't got that here. I'm not sure if it would or wouldn't, but lets see what it does. It probably make the car calculate its fuel trims better than the stock mas can.
