Int. or ext. dump

I am buying an O2 Eliminator Turboback Exhaust from RNRRacing in the next few days and I need to know which is better, internal dump or external dump. Will either one affect my performance and if so how? I am going to be doing a lot of work and adding a lot of power to my talon this year so I need to know what would be the best route.

It all depends. If you want a sleeper, bleed it back into the exhaust system. It's all in your personal tastes mostly.

Personally, I want mine quiet.

I think you mean 13G or 14B. If its the 14B im sure if its the 13G im 99.9% sure I dont see why it would not. As for the dump, I have an atmospheric 02 dump and I loved it at first. It does make your car sound really mean, But you will loose ALL other sounds, which when your boosting is Turbo spool sound and exhaust tone. Its really personal preference. Go to the Vid section and listen to the sound clips....see if you like it.

I went back to recirculating dump because of all the noise. The external is great if you want to run a little more boost and don't have full exhaust yet, but it is VERY loud.

Dumping from the o2 housing will not make any [noticible] differances in performance. By dumping you just gain a whole lot of noise at full boost and in some cases it can help reduce minor boost creep.
