I was wanting to install a small 16g on my 2g 4g63t and I was wondering if someone could fill in the blanks for me. All maintenance is done and it's ready to go.

Small 16g
Hardware conversion kit
MBC
FPR
Wideband
SAFC

Injector size?
Fuel Pump? or rewire?

Thank you for your time.

Road Race Engineering makes a 2g install kit for the 14b and 16gs. Their about $325 for a full kit or $200 for a hacker kit.

Road Race Engineering's 2G 16-G Turbo Install Kits and Parts

As for rest i would go with at least 550cc or higher with a 255lph rewired, depends on ## power goals though

Extreme psi sells an install kit for about 200, bought one myself, and has everything you need.

Some.650cc's should be good, although I would get 750cc. A wally 255 is fine. You dont need to rewire it for that turbo, until you go bigger. And a fpr.

Safc only goes to 650cc correct? I would have to get maft or dsmlink to run 750?
