And the damn bolt in the back is really pissing me off!!

There is no room to work here. It took almost an hour for me to contort my fingers just to get the bolt into the hole. Now I can't fit anything in there to tighten the sucker up.

I'm going to buy a swivel socket, and see if that will work. I just wanted to bi*** a little, though.

Oh, and I broke another bolt trying to get it out. Every time I work on this car, some damn bolt breaks. First it was a turbo bolt and it took an hour to drill that sucker out. Then a mani bolt. Now on the 02 housing (drilled that sucker too!)
:dsm:  :thumbdown

just remove the turbo with it ? then ya got all the room in the world.
ya its more work but it dont sound like your getting anywere :)

I hear ya. But I had so much trouble changing from the 14B to the 16G I vowed not to remove it for any reason (unless someone gives me a 20G). Yuck.

Its easier the second time.

I too had a very difficult time getting the O2 housing on the car. The punishment racing O2 that I had relocates the oxygen sensor right in the way of the back bolt, so it is almost impossible to get to. Perhaps removing the whole exhaust manifold may be easier.

How did you end up getting it on? I have left it off for the time being so I could test the car.
