Installing New Camshafts

Hey just wondering if it is possible to swap out my turbo auto cams with turbo 5-speed ones without removing the cams gears or messing up my timing. Or will the ignition timming have to be redone because of the new cams?

it is possible your going to have to tie down the timing belt to the cam gears with tie raps. Their is an article on how to do it, i just can't seem to find it.
