Installing intake, do i need to buy screws?

I am installing my intake and the stock bolt doesnt go far enough in to put the nut on, was i suppose to get it when i bought it, or am i suppose to go to hardware store?

I didn't get hardware with mine either. I ended up consulting my "magic box of bolts and nuts" and was able to come up with some that fit. To answer your question, just go to the local hardware store and get the proper hardware.
 
Just go with the nuts and bolts zip ties dont seem as reliable. Seems like for that much they could fit everything u need.
 
Use nuts and bolts, I had zip ties for a little while and they worked ok, but you won't get a nice tight and flush fitting of the two plastic pieces that only the bolts can give you.
